How to use it

• Soil Incorporation (Recommended): The safest method is to mix the powder evenly into the top few inches of soil before planting. This helps distribute the nutrients and reduces the strong odor that can attract pets or other animals.
• Top Dressing: For existing plants, sprinkle the recommended amount around the plant’s base, carefully avoiding direct contact with the stems or leaves. Lightly work it into the soil surface and water in thoroughly immediately after application.
• Compost Activator: Add blood meal to your compost pile to balance high-carbon (brown) materials and speed up decomposition.
• Liquid Feed (Compost Tea): The powder can be dissolved in water to create a liquid fertilizer, which allows for more controlled application.
